We are currently accepting new clients for psychotherapy and for each of the two coaching offerings. All sessions are online virtual sessions.
Fees for clinical services are $150.00 to $200.00 per clinical hour. We do offer a sliding scale for psychotherapy sessions, which is determined on a case-by-case scenario and is based on need. We will not let money become or present as a barrier to accessing our services.
Coaching Sessions are held as one-two hour session per week at $200.00 per two-hour coaching session. Unfortunately, coaching sessions are not covered by health insurance plans as they are not considered clinical in nature.
For mental health psychotherapy and treatment related services and sessions we accept several NY based health coverage plans.

All psychotherapy appointments are 55 minutes, leaving the last few minutes for the therapist to complete notes and paperwork, including scheduling the next appointment.
We ask that if you need to cancel your appointment you must give us 24 hours’ notice by telephone or email. This allows the therapist to schedule another client during your time slot for that week. The therapist will try to offer you another alternate time for scheduling during that week, if possible.
Any appointments that are canceled in less that the 24-hour time allowed or any missed or no-show appointments are billed at the full session rate of $200.00 and the patient is responsible to pay that invoice. Insurance companies do not pay for missed appointments. We understand that things come up at random, and things can prevent you from attending from time to time, so each occurrence is considered based on the circumstances.
